Privacy Policy

  1. The Services are provided by JP Trade FZ LLC company incorporated under the law of United Arab Emirates, registered seat in B05-324B, Business Center 04, RAKEZ Business Zone-FZ RAK, United Arab Emirates (company ID: 0000004033427) (hereinafter referred to as AORBE or “we, “us” ,“our”)
  2. AORBE is entitled to collect, process and store person related data relating to the user, while respecting the current data protection regulations according to law.
  3. AORBE is also entitled to pass on such data that user has deposited in the AORBE system to external service providers for the purpose of validating while respecting the current data protection regulations according to law.
  4. The stored data will exclusively be used for handling the contract concluded between the parties. They will not be used for other purposes, e.g. for advertising or market research. After the contract has been completely fulfilled the contract partner’s data will be blocked and permanently deleted after the end of the legal deadline. After that the data is no longer available for use.

Variation; Amendments

  1. We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We'll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective immediately after they are initially posted in the AORBE’s website. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue use of Service.
  2. These terms control the relationship between AORBE and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
  3. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in future).
  4. If any of these Terms and Conditions are rendered invalid or void, the other Terms and Conditions will remain in fact.
  5. The section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

General provision

  1. References to each party herein include references to its successors in title, permitted assigns and novates.
  2. In the case that the User is not satisfied with the services from AORBE or disagrees with some of the points in this contract or its amendments, for the user is the only solution to the annulment of AORBE program and his account to cancel this contract in accordance to provision XXVII after settlement of all debts.
